Simple, Clean and Quick to Construct.
Interlocking panels, up to 1.2m wide, 100mm thick
and made to any height, consist of a high performance heat barrier
material with a steel outer skin. Wall panels are placed in a
channel fixed and sealed directly to a level floor slab. Roof
panels of the same construction are fixed and sealed to wall panels.
Alternatively, wall panels can be installed/sealed slab to slab
- losing protection from above, but providing far superior protection
to standard F90. Panels are cut to accept the complete fire door
and frame system and to fit round any existing cables, services,
pillars or beams. All joints and points of entry are sealed. New
cable runs are passed through a sealed transom block system that
can accept additional cables at any time. This is a totally clean
system that involves no wet trades. Panels are fully finished
to any chosen colour, built inside an existing space or with a
weatherproof outer shell - to any size.
Modular and Flexible.
The system can be extended or even completely relocated
at any time with minimal panel wastage. This modularity/portability
is particularly relevant in a leased or Listed buildings, as it
does not change the fabric of the building. In addition, a 'writing
down' allowance may be claimed.
Cost Effective.
Overall cost of construction is comparable with
conventional building methods that do not have the many advantages
that this system offers. Insurance companies may also offer reduced
premiums (many already stipulate this level of protection).
